Role & Responsibilities
As an Apprentice in the Project Management and Business Analyst function, you will be responsible for:
- Business Analysis: Analyzing business needs and translating them into functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for automation, process re-engineering, and working on enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Project Governance: Supporting the implementation of governance standards, tracking project deliverables, and updating status reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating project schedules and implementation status to global stakeholders.
- Documentation: Assisting the PMO manager in developing IT Project Standards guides.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of SQL and Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Exposure to automation tools (VBA, Python, Power Automate) and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
