Role & Responsibilities

AI-native full stack engineer (Full-stack software engineer who does AI-led engineering) A full-stack software engineer who does AI-led engineering is an architect and orchestrator of modern software, leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to automate, optimize, and enhance the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Their focus shifts from manual coding of every component to defining system intent, managing intelligent workflows, and integrating AI models into robust, user-ready applications

We will train the interns on the following:

Full-Stack Development: Design and build user interfaces (e.g., React, Vue.js) and robust backends (e.g., Node.js, Python, Django). AI Integration: Integrate machine learning models and AI services (like the OpenAI API) into application logic, often using specialized frameworks like LangChain for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). AI-Driven SDLC Automation:

Automate repetitive tasks across the development lifecycle, including:

• Code Generation: Leverage AI coding assistants for boilerplate code, refactoring, and debugging.

• Automated Data Handling and MLOps: Manage data pipelines, works with various databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector DBs), and applies MLOps practices to monitor and retrain models in production environments.

• CI/CD Optimization: Implement AI in deployment pipelines for predictive failure detection and resource management.

• Testing: Use AI to generate unit and integration tests, increasing coverage and efficiency.

• Ethical Oversight: Ensure AI-powered systems are secure, follow data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and mitigate potential biases in data and models.
